The branch in Yishun was one of my shortlisted choice because I recently shifted to Yishun. However, I didn't go for the centre visit as the exterior of the centre looks a bit not to my liking. I have visited one of the other centre nearby and I quite like it. In their banner, they state that their curriculum is endorsed by Christine Chen and they have enrichment by People Impact that really appeal to me. Their teacher-student ratio also good. But the brand name is not as well-known i guess but they are featured in KSP.

Any good student care centre to recommend

I am currently looking for a childcare in Yishun. I have shortlisted Our First Steps cos I like their environment and the enrichment that is included. I like to know more before committing. Anyone have any comment about the school?

Hihi! I don’t think it’s the cheapest ard but I believe you get what you pay for. I was very impressed at how accurate their assessment was and also their specialised attention on each kid. My kid loves going for their classes and I can see the benefits now. Actually, it depends on what you want for your child. For me, EQ and IQ is very important and I want him to be focused, confident and be a leader, so this works for me. School already teaches the academic stuff after all. Just my own opinion:)

Looking at the statistics already make my heart race. If need balloting, think i will faint on the spot. =p

I am also aiming for Frontier. Think even within 1km will also go into balloting.

I think this is rolled out in some preschool where kids with mild development needs are singled out and given extra help. I personally am not sure if it’s a good idea to label them so early in their life.
