This year AHS COP is 242…mostly all the school COP is increased…

Beside PV, member endorsed by the church/clan directly connected with the primary school,whose parent is endorsed as an active community leader, all are fall at phase 2B. That’s why Red Swastika do not accept more PV as they do not know how applicants from this member and grassroot leader…so although is only 5 PV, might have the risk of balloting…

Red Swastika since last year only select 5 PV from the 100 over applications.... i'm not selected but my friend got the PV at Yu Neng as this year Yu Neng is celebration school 80 years anniversary so need more PV....foresee there will be PV balloting for Yu Neng....
