I'm Mike from hauseasy, I happened to come across this post on kiasuparents, my friends and I are currently working on a website that specialises in property that aims to empower the average consumer with the knowledge and ability to transact properties for free.

Our goal is to be the easiest to use one-stop shop for all things property related in Singapore whether you are an agent, direct-home owner, landlord and most importantly someone who's looking to purchase a property. We also aim to be the biggest by combining people from all walks of life with a common purpose towards transacting property.

Most importantly, we do not take any commissions at all from the average consumer. No additional costs in the process, no additional costs at the end, nothing hidden in the fine print. By putting the consumer first, we hope to go the distance.

We are still in the pre-launch phase and we are trying to reach as many people as possible, so that we'd be able to have more listings on our site and most importantly feedback from you guys.

Your feedback regarding the DIY process would be very valuable to us given that you've most likely been through the process yourself and we would like nothing more but to hear more from you .
