I am also going Taiwan for holidays. If in Taipei, should go to the Toilet Restaurant at Ximending. It is a different kind of experience.

Besides the cost between these two schools. Any parents who has kids in either ACS (I) or SJI IB programme share their experiences.

SG50 to me, we have come a long way to get to where we are now. Though 50 years is a short history compared to many countries, our Nation has achieved a lot internationally.

Mr Lee KY, the first prime minister passed on this year. It could have been great if he can see the SG50 celebrations, especially the NDP. Under the great leadership of the late Mr Lee KY and his team, Singapore, the little red dot has progress tremendously. Singapore is a country where citizens of many other countries envy. We have world class transportation, world class hospitals, world class airport… and the lists go on.

I hope that Singapore will continue to progress and all the people will unite together to make Singapore a even better place to live in. We will continue to strive and move on for the many years to come. Our next milestones SG100.

Not sure which school is she from. But maybe you can check with other mummies from the class. If similar situations also happen to thier kids, then u guys can talk to the teacher concerned as a group. Then you wont be worry that your child be mark by the teacher. If only your child, guess you have to talk to the principal if repeated emails to the teacher didnt solve the issues.

My ds has test for Chinese, English n Maths. He told me is for the teacher to see if they need remedial class. I thot gep kids shd be good in English n Maths.
