Has anyone looked into weight loss injections in Singapore? Iβm trying to understand how doctors decide who qualifies for them. Is BMI the main factor, or do they also consider other health concerns before recommending treatment?

RE: Anyone here
Iβm 38 and started medical weight loss after struggling with diet and exercise. My BMI was over 27.5, so Dr Tan at Dr Tan Medical Center discussed a medical weight loss programme with me, including medication such as an appetite suppressant. I lost weight gradually and found the Best weight loss doctor in Singapore helpful for keeping me on track.

RE: Questions about dental implants
@ilovemychildrens89 I had a missing tooth and was having trouble chewing properly on one side, so I started checking different clinics for dental implants. I actually visited other clinics before choosing SEPA Dental, and I felt more comfortable with their explanation of the treatment stages and healing period. Based on my experience, I would say SEPA Dental offers the best dental implants in Malaysia that I have tried. The whole process was not something I expected to finish in one visit, as there were different stages involved.

RE: Need advice for varicose veins..
@mamabear26 It is worth seeing a specialist if the veins become painful, swollen, itchy, or start causing heaviness in the legs. My mum had these symptoms and was diagnosed with varicose veins. Dr Sujit Singh Gill performed surgery to treat the affected veins, and the leg discomfort became much better. We were really glad to have consulted him as an experienced vascular surgeon in Singapore.

RE: Any good orthopaedic clinic around Parkway East?
Yes, I think it is worth getting her ankle checked if it is still sore. My daughter had the same issue after her physical education subject, with swelling, bruising and pain when walking. Dr Seng Chusheng diagnosed an ankle sprain and gave her a brace to support her recovery. He is our go-to orthopaedic specialist in Parkway East Singapore, so Iβd recommend him if youβre still looking for one.

RE: any recommendations for a colon specialist?
Iβd recommend seeing Dr Chew Min Hoe if youβre looking for a colon specialist in Singapore. I had stomach cramps, bloating and irregular bowel movements, and was diagnosed with a colon polyp. Dr Chew performed a colonoscopy and removed it during the procedure. My symptoms were much better afterwards, and I was able to get back to my usual routine without as much worry.
