Haha, just a thought that I threw out about pet cum childcare and it actually did not stop there as I also thought why not eldercare as well.
But if I were to really explore further, it will not be all pets but only dogs. A doggy daycare that also covers obedience training.
Of course interaction between animals and kids will have to be controlled and purposeful. Not gonna be a petting zoo for kids to grope the animals and all.
