limlim:GLORYmum:
Why you need your water so hot? Singapore already so hot...
Probably no need to be so hot but I hv found the temp from instant heater not as consistent as storage tank, sometimes hot sometimes lukewarm n sometimes quite cold.
When you just turn on the tap, the water will be cold. It takes a while until the temperature stabilise, say, 5~10sec.
It should stay almost constant but if there is fluctuation in flow rate (i.e., someone turns on the other taps or flush etc..), the temperature will fluctuate accordingly.
Then, if you turn it off(water flow) for a while (soaping etc..), and turn it on, it will be \"hot\" for a while then stabilise. Because after you turn it off previously, the heater is still hot(even power already cut) and continue to heat the water in the heater chamber for a while.
using storage tank should provide more steady water temperature.
Hey thanks alot limlim for the sharing.
