      Maybe you can sign up programme together with her, such as gym classes, aerobic… some activities that can make her sweat and she likes to join?


      Just control on food/drink intake might not be sufficient. Exercising is still the main factor. With a sign-up programme at intital, she will force herself to go, and exercise together with the rest is more fun than doing it alone.

      My niece also face this problem (during her primary school). So her parent send her to swimming and ta-kwan-do class, and she joins dance group in school herself. She is now slim and healthy. She still can wear her 3-years ago T-shirt and shorts… haha

      Ooop.. I think it depends on individual? My hubby drink it before our marriage... down 1 size after 2 months..... 😄

      Can try this:


      Squeeze one Green lemon juice and add some water. Drink every day at least 30min before the breakfast.

      I have also injury my knee cap due to falling down. It has recovered, but the pain will appear on and off previously, especially when the weather is cool (raining day). These is what I do for the past few years to prevent the pain from coming back. Hope it helps:


      - At night when you sleep, wear long pant or cover your knee cap with blanket. To prevent the night wind or air-conditional moist.

      - I apply a cream make from Thailand. Can find in most of the phamacy or those chinese medical shop. It's call \"Counterpain\" Analgesic Balm. When you find the symption of pain or cracking sound, apply it, especailly before you gone to sleep. It really works.

      - Do simple knee cap exercise when not in pain. You can do when you sit down in office or watching TV. Simple!
