I called up the school admin to check the COP on 22 Dec 2020. My daughter met the COP hence we submitted the appeal form on 23 Dec 2020. We were called up to attend an interview on 24 Dec 2020. The result of appeal was sent on 26 Dec 2020 evening.

My daughter's appeal is successful! The school required us to get a transfer form to release her from her posted school. May I ask if I go directly to her posted school to request for the transfer form? Or is there somewhere I can download the form? Possible to advise the process?

You should go to school where the appeal is successful to get the transfer form then bring it to the posted school to get them to endorse

It seems like the appeal result will be out very close to school reopen. So meanwhile how do I prepare for school? Do I buy the books and uniforms for the posted secondary school first? Can anyone share what to do if we only got inform right before school open and what to do on the first day of school if appeal is successful?

I believe the answers you seek are a couple of pages back.

You can choose not to buy school uniform first, but you would have to wear your primary school uniform in the first week.
