Just sharing my perspective - during this pandemic situation, I wld prefer to donate items or funds to support Singaporean families esp those with parents who had lost jobs or elderlies to support. I’ve been doing mission work & carrying books, clothings & buying their local food for the poor in Indonesia, Vietnam & Mynmar for many years. However, due to borders restriction during pandemic, I’ve refocused my care to our local scene & to nursing homes, migrant workers and frontliners. I feel we shld uplift people ard our immediate location where our lives affect each other most. Just my 2 cents
