She is experience babysitting Local/Indian/Philippines babies also. We have domestic helper at home as well to help up in house workShe is patient. My gal, a year old now had a forcep injury at the side of the head, just above the ear. I dont see any hair growth and looked like there is also no black spot for hair root. I am really worried though when she grow longer might be able to cover up. But she is gal, so i don’t want this imperfect to bother her. its really heartache whenever i looked at her scalp. I think i wan to do something before it is too late. Anyone one had any skin/scalp specialist for baby to recommend. Please PLEASE help
