Yes, another 3.5 weeks and then the exams will start. School still got so many activities. Some of those activities DS isn't even interested and obviously just passing time. Hiaz...really hate it. Just let them come home and study, rest and play isn't that better???!!!

Yes, from the application process we can see GEP does have privilege like skipping the GAT and go straight for interview. It is obvious that GEP stands a better chance unless they didn't do well during the interview.


Just heard from a parent sharing during a DSA talk that more chances will be given to those with the niche that school is looking for rather then grades. The GAT is to ensure a certain of capability of the child. The school can always take in the top 3% (Tscore with 26X and above) during S1 posting.

I thought only for GEP students score an average of 80% and above can be exempted from GAT.
I also heard that they are not looking for perfect score for GAT but as long as they meet certain passing percentage then they should be okay.

Term 2 starting. It is going to be a Term that is full of projects work for my ds. I wonder why they don’t spread them out. Term 2 should be for gearing up to SA1.

My kid likes it and the book also has a practice session for my kid to improve his handwriting and learn how to use the word 造句 to make a sentence.

This book is easier for him to digest and understand the word with the picture and simple English explanation. I am planning to buy their 词语练习 as well.

My DD love this book also. My older one in Secondary was also looking for that after he saw the sister's.

I was on the road when it started to rain. I was thinking, finally the rain come. But it was like after 5 minutes, it stopped. What a disappointment!
