RE: tips for getting kids to sleep
SBKS:
i tried to create a routined, ideal sleeping environment by dimming the lights and playing some light spa music in the room. seems to be working better when ur kids are more relaxed.what I learnt is that a few hours before sleeping, try not to do anythig exciting for ur kid. or things that ur kid will feel excited about.
then comes food, soothing food such as non fried can be a start.
then come sleeping environment. soothing music as suggested, reward system, explain to them. best is all sleep together to show support.
works for my insomina too. :snooze:
