• RE: DSA 2013

Hi! I am very new to DSA. My DS received a CO Academics from ACSI and I was so excited to receive the phone call that I forgot to ask them whether it is for IP or O levels. Can anyone enlighten me on this? Does ACSI give CO for O levels?

1 of the parents was asking the teacher in my daughter’s class regarding "Stretch Classes" and the teacher’s reply as that there’s no such classes. She said she knows what that mother was referring to but she said there’re no such classes this year. Could be because of the new principal?

Hi, my DD just joined St Nicks Sec 1 this year. So far, she seems happy. Anyone has advice on CCAs? I heard from other parents that CCA is very important in sec school.
Submitted S1 form online with SGNS first choice, DD also not taking third language.

DD do not want Cedar because of the traveling time to the school. It is her choice and we respect her decision.

How did your DD do for her PSLE? We put St Nicks as 1st choice as well. Very kiasu, already email teh school to find out about appeal process in case she doesn't get in.

DD got 254+2. She can choose other schools but traveling time coming first for long term.
St Nicks will be moving back to AMK mid next year. Which part of Singapore are you at? The AMK location is not as convenient as the current holding school site now at Toa Payoh. No MRT station within walking distance. But there is a bus stop right outside the gates.

My daughter has 254 for her PSLE. We want to choose St Nicks as first choice. Any comments on whether this is a safe school to pick? What are her chances of getting in? Anyone with any advice?
