• RE: Opinions of the Primary School Registration System

Let’s just cool down and relax from the tension built up during this year P1 registration. I am stuck in the balloting on next Fri too because that school is the only one < 1km, if I fail, I will just choose one nearby which is easy for us to transport. As a parent, I do understand that we want to give the best to our loved ones. However, I believe our strong moral support and guidance to our younger ones is more important for them to achieve well in future no matter which school he/she gets in.

      gosh!

then these JB kids must wake up very early everyday (Monday - Friday) around 4.30 am or 5 am at dawn to clear Malaysian and Singapore custom, hop onto school bus all the way to Nanyang.

are there a lot of such PR JB kids ?

they reach school around 6:45am, presumably to clear Woodland customs around 6:15am ~ 6:25am, morning traffic not too bad.....they come in the yellow 'Bas Kilang', JB number plate.....

It would be interesting to know how they got into the school? but not our kids really living nearby?

No balloting for Phase 2B for HPPS. 30 places for 30 registered. 2 dropped out from earlier phases.
Did they release the 2 in Phase 2B? Cos i think they might have an option of not releasing it back or release it in 2C.
They released the 2 in Phase 2B. Phase 2C remains as 27 places for registration.
Then I can anticipate balloting in Phase 2C in HPPS:(

Does any one know whether I can use my DD's immunization record in the health booklet for P1 registration? Thanks
