Would like to ask if any of you had encounter recurring HFMD? 1st was mild and lasted about a week or so, then like 3 to 4 days later it came the serious 1 with ulcers all over the mouth, red spot appearing in both hands and feet and lasted about 2 weeks or so, then like few days later see a no. of ulcers appearing again in the mouth and some red dots in the mouth too. Thanks if anyone can share some information on this.

Hi all, was wondering if anyone come across such recipe books as of above? Like we can add in red dates (a type of TCM) to our kid porridge by 1 yr old, etc etc. 药膳recipe where can i find/buy? Tks.
