May I recommend a whole grain called Quinoa (keen-wa) a staple of the ancient Incas and means "the mother grain". It’s high iron, fiber and has the most protein of all grains. A distinctive flavor and fluffy texture like couscous. Use it as a substitute for any starch that you would normally eat. Ohh and if you stick with these healthy food you should be very healthy: Massive quantities of vegetables: salad greens, cilantro, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, snow peas, okra, tomatoes, zucchini, etc. Raw, fresh fruits, especially berries (massive quantities of blueberries) Healing foods such as garlic, ginger, onions, etc.

When you forgive someone, you don’t have to forget what they’ve done. You can, and maybe should, be more cautious about trusting them. But instead of continuing to attach feelings of anger and resentment toward them you have a more detached acceptance of the fact that they are imperfect people–that if they were their best, true selves they would not have done such a negative thing to you. You pity them, if anything. And you are more inclined to hope they find a better way to be happy (and thereby kinder), instead of wishing them ill.

I’ve got major problems in my oesophagus and I’m eating 2 tea spoons of Manuka honey every day. It’s expensive but is supposed to have amazing healing properties.It does seem to be helping.
