My DS will be joining the Theatre programme. He attends a neighbourhood school and there is no drama club CCA. All he did was perform in a Racial Harmony Day skit.

The application only asks for results and prior stage experiences, no matter how small.

I think the 2min video goes a long way and then the monologue, group audition and the interview

The school had said that the student must qualify for the express stream. However, what is the t-score for express, given that SOTA doesn’t actually offer express stream? Anybody knows?

Hello! Does anyone know how many students are accepted for each art form? It was mentioned during the open house but I can't remember what the numbers were.

Not sure about the others but for my dd, which is theatre, I remember the HOD mentioned between 38-42, depending on talent pool, if I recall correctly. Others maybe more.

My DS will be in Theartre too! Maybe we'll be sitting next to each other for a future performance! :rahrah:

Does anyone know if Year 1s need to have a laptop and if there are any requirements? My DS needs one soon and I'd rather get one that can be used for school too. Thanks for your help!

Hello! DS has applied for DSA IP track. The website says that interviews start from 25 July. Can parents kindly post when they are notified that they have been shortlisted. Holding out hope
