And is a neighborhood school, but I want to get into a sap school or njc/vjc through ip, I searched on the web, and they said there is still a chance, just have to take tests and go through interviews, then they will see if they want to select you. So do you think it is possible for me to get into nanyang or njc/vjc

No worries at all. My DS is from a neighbourhood pri sch too. His school is next to our house. He worked hard and scored 265 and entered a IP sch. Stay focus and work hard !!! Always remember this !
