Yes seems exceptionally slow this year... wondering why since they are one of the first school to start selection test..

Think \"What The\" child may have performed exceedingly well during selection test etc and entered using just perfect without Exco and Eagles. Likely to be one of the rare few.


As was advised that mostly who applied to top schools are mainly leaders and they have no lack of leaders of all kinds be in Exco, CCA etc... hence getting in via leadership route competition is much more stiff. Hence end up even though my child is top EXCO position, has ECHA, EAGLES award etc never apply via leadership route but academic instead....

Yes the SMS was sent a day later than the email. Apparently the email only mentioned the domain the child being offered for and no mentioned of other domains if apply more than 1 domain for Chs

Hi just received an email to notify for confirmed offer from CHS this morning for Integrated Programme for Bilingualism. Nothing on leadership so far as my boy applied for Bilingual & Leadership.

Anyone has any idea what's the difference between the two domain if use it to enter CHS? Thanks

means you must be strong in both languages (English and Chinese)

Leadership :
means you have been a Vice Head-Prefect or Prefect in Exco, Captain of some Cca Sports (eg : volleyball, netball, etc) or some Cca Club, demo or proven leadership in community service, etc.

your son may have applied for more than one DSA domain, into Catholic High. But after evaluation, they will offer one : the stronger one

Hi thanks for reply. My boy is actually holding key Exco position of his school hence thought leadership domain may stand a higher chance for him actually as compared to bilingual..

My question is more of any possibility of getting 2 offers from CHS via 2 different domains or just 1? Any difference in terms of commitment if enter via bilingual rather than leadership?..
