Rather, based on ability (regardless whether former GEP or otherwise), RI now has a \"Raffles Academy\" in Sec 3 and 4 for students with the ability to go indepth.

csc:Done it before does not mean that you would have done better. That's my take. It does. There was a test that my boy did sometime ago, and one section was exactly what he'd done before, so he went thru it very fast and even had time to do better on the questions he earlier had problems with since he had more time. And then had lots of time for all the other parts of the test. Oh well, only this is just an ordinary test and not psle lah!
