Hi parents, would like your advice if coming to tea party will stand higher chance WL to CO? Or it doesn’t matter if the kid doesn’t come?

Any parents have experience not coming to the tea party but still manage to get WL converted to CO?
      Thank you
These few days, I've been receiving calls from unknown number. Each time, answer with heart beating a bit faster. Then, it was Prudential, or HSBC etc. asking Mam, do you need extra credit etc etc. I quickly say no and cut off the the call. Feel like saying, don't need credit, need DSA.

I feel exactly the same way...

I still remembered i received DHL scam call, immediately put down then another number call in .... almost wanna to 破口大骂 liao......

      Lucky... i control.... 😂

Wah... I think this stupid scam call from DHL spammed whole Singapore is it? I also just received the call.
I might be wrong, but the news that parents shared here is either CO or rejection. There is no update abt WL.

Is there any parents receiving WL or know someone rcvd it?

      Thank you

It seems school only informed the CO not the waitlist too. So likely they will only inform at end of Aug?

Bases on last year, roughly how many WL will be given?

      Thanks

When apply DSA (for sport) there is option to select IP or O level or no preference if the school has both tracks.

There is quota for each category, IP and O level. IP has more number.
So once the school offerred you, it won't be easy to request them to change as each has their own quota. Unless some one didn't accept the CO from O track then you can switch from IP to O level. This is my humble opinion.

For sports dsa, u need to indicate if u want IP or O levels. When u applied, did u see this option ? I'm not sure if this is applicable for academic dsa
