We also have 2X 1.5L bottles in our orientation camp packing list. And I intend to bring 1 filled and 1 empty. I'm assuming it's for drinking purposes? In any case I think I will drop my boys in school on Tues. Too heavy to take public transport !

I packed empty bottles as they have drinking fountain in school to refill anyway

DS said don't need fill both bottles, so I think just fill 1 ltr will do. Remember to bring a smaller water bottel for pouring from the big one and to drink from.

Also, is the Large Haversack/Duffel Bag in addition to the one they will use to carry their belongings?

Day Pack: asked my DS to ask teacher. Ans is bag like the size of school bag, to carry needed items.

Large haversack/Duffel bag: didn't ask but assume referring to the one to carry all items to camp :heresmyfish:

Oh, maybe it is the form that we must print from MOELC website. I haven't checked the website yet :oops:

Profile form is mentioned in the yellow instrction paper given during the day of moelc registration.

It stated must go to website to update student profile , esp emergency contact, print out and submit on 1st day of class which is supposed to be 7 Jan.

But the handbook instruction and the website not aligned, the website does not have link/button for any profile update :frustrated:

Any of your y1 DS taking french at moelc?
1st day of class is 7 jan afternoon 2:30pm and compulsory, but y1 is having orientation camp from 7-9 Jan. Which one to go ?

Understand some profile form submission needed on day 1 language class…

Glad to find this thread ... Just completed my DS registration at RI on Mon and brought him to practice taking public transport between Sch and home.
I was impressed with the organization of the registration, the participation of senior rafflesians.

RI is totally new to me, will be visiting this thread to learn new things about RI Sch life. Already read some good advices from past posts.
