Agree with phankao. Singapore does not have its own standards - all adopted from elsewhere. 10级is that equivalent to the Chinese
standard. The only '3' I see in the link is about recognition of this standard, by '3' institutions. I don't see ABRSM （英国皇家音乐学院）mentioned anywhere in the linked thread.
The other '3' I see in a later post mentioned 专业三级. This would mean level 3 at a professional level, which still doesn't translate to AB grade 3.
That's right. I looked at that web-link you provided, tong2.... it doesn't say anything about Grade 10 being ABRSM grade 3 standard? I only see questions asking about what standard of playing is needed to attain Grade 10 level, and How long would it take to learn piano to Grade 10 level, and so on.[/quote]
China grade 10 (some areas) equals grade 8 ABRSM except there is no scales and arpggios, sight-reading and aural test.
