Just curious, the figures posted on MOE website is already filter out those not eligible?

Example NC reflect total 203 for phase 2C n they conducting ballot for all those SC within 1km.
So 203 is all SC and within 1km???
In the case of NC the 203 are all SC and within 1km. NC usually accepted applicants for <1km. They called up all 1-2 km and <2km to withdraw

Dun think they will sing in the rain.

So sec 1 and 2 are studying the same subjects for the whole level and streaming start at sec2? Asking for the hcl do you mean even if you get a A2 or B3 for cl and hcl you have to drop hcl ?

My girl has 248+2 and really want her to take hcl and her chinese stronger in pri. Not sure how is it in sec. Anyway quite a number of her frens with 25+ and 26+ applying nchs. By putting 1st choice, i just hope those 25+ put as 2nd choice . :xedfingers:

Forgot to ask the minimum subjects for nchs is 8 from sec 1 to 4 ?

    • RE: Crescent Girls' School

Hi , can i just ask if there is school bus service from seng kang to crescent girls’ cos i dun like the idea of my girl squeezing mrt and trying to board a busload of students and wait for a few bus before she can board. Guess it will be worst for rainy day.

So need to check before she puts it as a first choice.

      Thanks

Then on after my kids in the sch when parents were asked if they could volunteer for sch activities, I didn't sign up as I feel give the PV more jobs to fulfil their requirements lah...as active psg reduces the sch workload that pv can do to fulfil requirements. 😉
an activepsg and pv are 2 totally different things. A psg parents are helpedout in children safty, literacy and big events in school and it is a big respnsibility they haveto answered , they are in charge of children safety to ensure spillage on floor are cleaned up before a child slipped and falls. make sure no strangers be it beparents and granparents are allowed on premise. All these need parents commitment every week for at least a few years. unlike pv they are there justto clock hours, and if anything happens to the students, they cant be helped responsible since their children arenot in school yet. we have cases with 1 current psg who agreed to take thelead in theteam wherby nobody wants to be and she took some impt keys and cery uncontactable with schools and the head trying to reach her. in the end letter was issued to the parent's child in school. then things can be resolved. imagine this is under pv who might got balloted out in phase2B and are done over with this school? canwe hold this person responsible?
