I have just purchased the 四五快读 series, and am planning to teach my child with it at home. However, my Chinese is really sub-standard and I’m having difficulty understanding the parent’s guide included in the books! Does anyone know if there is an English translation of the parent’s guide? I remembered seeing a blog page with the translation some time ago.

Would like to check if it is possible for me to rent a place < 1 km of my preferred primary school of choice, whilst renting out my current BTO residence? We are not allowed to sell our BTO since 5 years not up yet, but was wondering if we can rent it out instead?

Please double check your HDB terms and conditions. I recall that if the 5 year MOP is not up yet, you cannot rent out the whole flat. Unless got very special reasons like family posted overseas for work etc.
