Anyone recieve snail mail from MOE regarding P1 registration for 2019 yet?

Hi, I am an old IJ gal in Kellock but the sch is too far from where i live (Serangoon gardens). There is another CHIJ OLGC within 1km which is under Phase 2C.


My daughter is born in dragon year 2012.

Should i register first my daughter in 2A1 first in Kellock and monitor the take up rate at 2C then withdraw from 2A1? Or should i just wait till phase 2C for registration since on past balloting history, there is a good chance that i might get a place.
