Hi! My son will be in Ai Tong next year too! Can I check if anyone knows if the school bus services include the east side? We are actually in Bedok.

We have went to view flats for 44+ series in Sin Ming. The corridoors/lift landings are very dark even in the day time. The feeling is not good. As for the condos, if it’s not too near to HDB (HDB units overlooking the pool) then it’s too many units (756units). So we are looking at Bishan instead now.

Not only the HDB, condos also no good! But I dunno about the freehold ones cos no $ to buy thus not looking at that.

I guess I would have to view more flats in Bishan. Not looking at AMK because we want to be as close to Ai Tong as possible. AMK don’t have any direct bus to Ai Tong. Am thinking of my son when he took up CCA later. That’s the reason why we are looking for an unit in Sin Ming but Sin Ming flats really cannot make it!

My first post though I have been following this forum closely.

I’m having a big headache now. Am living within 1km of Red Swastika and is an old girl of Ai Tong. At fist, we thought our choice is easy, that’s to move to Sin Ming and enroll in Ai Tong. But we have been viewing flats in Sin Ming and don’t like the area. Now we are looking at flats in Bishan but they are damn expensive! I have been playing with the idea of staying in Bedok and try for Red Swastika. But it doesn’t help when I learn of the reduced place there.

What would you guys do if you are me?!

I’m a parent with kid in Cherie Hearts at Limau Garden. I know the branch director in Harbour Front as she was being transferred there from Limau. I’m very surprise at what I’m reading as my son and I are very happy with them. Though there are hipcups but these are minor issues.

In Limau Garden, the teachers and parents share a very close releationship with one another. Most of the children in my son’s class even called me by name when they see me. You will see parents talking to one another during picking up time and the teachers will joined in the conversation. We are also invited to some personal events of the teachers like wedding and the teachers are also invited to our houses if there’s a party. It’s like a big family in Limau Garden.

The parents are so at ease in Limau that some of them hired the teachers for addional tution lessons. There’s a lot of children who went on to P1 come back to Limau Garden for before/after school care.

If it’s not because of moving to the North for my son’s P1 enrollment this year, I would have stay with them for before school care. Now, the thought of leaving this centre sadden both of us as we have been with them for 3+years!
