I just went the pcf, elfa , moriah … All of them are full for 2013 intake can only leave names on waiting list… My first skool got about 140+ on wait list for simei area… Any idea when is best time to follow up again?

My son is two and recently he starts rejecting formula milk and I wonder why. I tried mixing milo, change brand, adding cornflakes, giving biscuits to drink with but all don’t work.
End up I switch to chocolate fresh milk but he drinks very little… But at least better than none…
He used to like cheese but now refuse to eat once he smell…
Any advice or suggestions on how to encourage kids to drink more milk.
