I am wondering about P2A2 for Primary School Registration.

We all know that ex student of the selected school who is not a member of alumni will fall under 2A2.
But what if I have only studied in that Primary school for 2 years... let's say only P1 and 2 and then my parents trsf me to another Primary school in P3 due to shifting house.

Can I still register my kid under 2A2 for the first Primary school that I studied for 2 years only, or must I complete my PSLE there to qualify?

As long as can prove that you had ever studied in that ex primary school before previously, can enrol your child into that school, under Phase 2A2.

Reason :
There is no rule stating minimum must stay there how many years.
Thus even if you had studied only one year there, got report card to prove this, can proceed to enrol your child under 2A2.

Do I qualify for 2A2 if i only studied in the school for first half year in Primary 1? I lost the report book but i have the Primary 1 result slip with school logo. I tried to email the school to check if i qualify for 2A2 but there is no reply. The school that I am looking to get my kid into is a popular school so i am worried that they will not accept..

I read from MOE website that phrase 2A(2) is for "You or another child of yours have previously studied in your preferred school."

Does anyone knows whether it matters how long I studied in the school previously? For example, if I studied in the school for first half year in Primary 1 only, will I be able to enroll my kid to the school under Phrase 2A(2)?

I tried to email the school to enquire but I did not get a response.
