Ok I’m going for one of the 3 you mentioned.
Do I need to start worrying? Panic button activated. -

MK is Phase 2A2. Still very unlikely to ballot.

Phase 1 max is not more than 60%. Insignificant number for Phase 2A1. Can’t see how Phase 2A2 will end up balloting. -

Ok cause the sudden increase intake was due to the announcement of MK included in phase 2A2. Even the MK have waiting list.
Any idea if happened to need ballot, is the balloting priority based on distance like Phase 2C? -

Yes, same. Singapore citizens have priority over PR. If more citizen applicants than vacancies, then distance priority will kick in.

Hello all,
I read from MOE website that phrase 2A(2) is for "You or another child of yours have previously studied in your preferred school."
Does anyone knows whether it matters how long I studied in the school previously? For example, if I studied in the school for first half year in Primary 1 only, will I be able to enroll my kid to the school under Phrase 2A(2)?
I tried to email the school to enquire but I did not get a response.
Thanks in advance! -

It shouldn’t matter as long as you can prove it. Usually by report book / yearly results slip showing the school logo. Unless u have other evidence for half year.

I guess you don’t even have a report book ? MOE states report book or PSLE. Better wait for the school to reply, or call them.

Hi Expert Mummies.
I stay in AMK and will be registering my DD in 2020. Just wondering from past records, why is Teck Ghee primary school more popular than Mayflower or Townsville? I tried to look into their website or FB but can't seem to find their niche program.
Thanks for replying :thankyou: -

One of the reasons probably is there are more surrounding flats than the other 2, which consists of parks and industrial estate.

Thanks Davischew. I find their CCA seems limited so wondering if they are more academic driven. Can anyone here please enlighten me, and many thanks in advance.
