      Hi everyone

Can help solve this problem sum?

Wei had 60 beads more than Kerry. After Wei gave 65 beads to Kerry, Kerry had 6 times as much as Wei. How much did they have altogether?

      MotherOf2Princesses:
Is it compulsory to wear RGPS socks? Where do I get them, Bibi and Baba or bookshop?

It is not necessary to wear RGPS socks. The school required the girls to wear white socks covering their ankles. If you really want to get them can get them when you are buying the school textbooks end of the year from the bookshop vendor or there will be someone think from the Parent Volunteer Committee to sell them.

    • RE: Q&A - P3 Math

      Zappy:
      1/2 + 1/3 = 3/6 + 2/ 6 = 5/6 (total fraction yellow & red marbles)

      1 - 5/6 = 1/6 (fraction blue marbles)
number of blue marbles = 18
      total number of marbles = 18 * 6 = 108

      number of red marbles = 1/3 of 108 = 36
      number of red marbles given away = 36 - 18 = 18
Thank you Zappy for the quick reply! :thankyou:

    • RE: Q&A - P3 Math

      Hi everyone

Help needed to solve this problem?

Lily had some red, yellow and blue marbles. There were 18 blue marbles. Half of the marbles were yellow and 1/3 of them are red.

      a) How many marbles does she have in total?
      b) Lily later gave some red marbles to her brother and was left with equal number of red and blue marbles. How many red marbles did Lily’s brother get?

      Thank you!

    • RE: Maid to get weekly rest days

      Mephiro:
My experienced Indo maid get $520 now with 1 off day per month.

She doesn't want offday on weekly basis coz she doesn't want to spend money on her 'extra' offdays, so agent negotiate and get her $520 salary now.

This stupid policy actually make us pay more only! I don't think I can afford a maid if their salary keep on increasing at this rate (30%~40% annually), eventually more and more Working mothers will choose to give up their jobs and become SAHM, I definitely will be one of them!

SG govt, you want to boost SG low birth rate? Solve our Maid problems FIRST!!
Yes I agreed with Mephiro! Maid got off days then working mothers have no off days!
