My understanding is 2 GEP + 1 META + the rest I thought enbloc promotion to P4 but apparently doesnt seem like it from the P4 class allocation as students are a mixed of a few different P3 classes.

Heard that from P3 to P4 is en bloc, no streaming.
Only 1 Meta class. The primary criteria (only hearsay) is good in Chinese and passed round 1 of the gep selection.

Not all drop for the big fours. Here’s a comparison between 2018 intake (last year PSLE) and 2019 intake (this year PSLE) COP.

RGS: 260 -> 259
NYGH: 264 -> 258
HCI: 258 -> 259
RI: 257 -> 258

In fact the boys schools COP went up by one point.
