I agree that one will have a more perfect maid when there’s no one there to supervise.


So far, I have problems with all my maids, mostly because I’m a SAHM. I’m there to see their work, and because one day I want to go maidless, I make sure that I know how everything is done, where everything is placed so that should they fail me, I would not be at a loss.

And that’s when I see that a lot of times, they don’t follow instructions/cut corners.

I can see where the sons were coming from.


Christians think there is only one God. And only when you are a son of that God, you will be entitled to go to heaven. Perhaps that’s what they wanted for their father?

I really don’t see why out of respect, Christians cannot hold joss sticks or step into temples, since they’ve always believed in their hearts there’s only one God. The holding of joss sticks which mean nothing to them may mean the world to their elders. Kills 2 birds with a stone, as long as in their hearts, they know they only have a God.

It’s repeated mistake. It’s frustrating that after numerous times, same mistake.


Anyway, if she really wants to go, I’m not begging her to stay. Really sick of all these maids.

MOM really spoilt it for employers. Every minor thing, and they want to transfer employer.

My 1 month old maid said that where she came from, they don’t raise their voices. And she is hurt by my raising my voice at her. And she wants to go back to agency.

So I told her okay, I would learn to watch my volume but she insisted on leaving. Sian.

MOM is full of bs, to be kind.


MOM will also fault employer if maid after maid asks for transfer, like quoting they prefer to work in another situation, like not wanting to care for elderly, etc. Whose fault, according to MOM? Employer.

Wow, agencies do that? This world is a scary place.

Ugh. And so my maid problems hasn't ended.


Today, at my mum's, my mum and aunt revealed to me that the maid has cried and said that I have accused her of spoiling the juicer (read my story a few pages back) when actually she heard me opening the tap. She said she merely put the juicer in the sink to clean. But *I* was the one who actually wet the juicer.

I was so angry! Why would I do such a thing? I could use many other things to play this game with her but why would I spoil my juicer just to accuse her? :? And I remembered the moment I saw the juicer, I shouted for her, and I was shaking the juicer hard, for the water to come out. Also, she's the kind who when confronted, and for something she never did, she would deny it vehemently. But when I confronted her about the juicer, she kept quiet. And then went behind my back to tell my mum and aunt. And still told my aunt not to tell me!

I was so disgusted with her that I left her tonight at my mum's because my husband wouldn't be home tonight and I really don't know how to face someone so disgusting. Yes I was all hands and legs handling 3 dogs & a toddler but I must say I'm happy. I feel light.

She wants a transfer, fine. I'm going to send her back to agency on Saturday. I really can't live with someone so fake.

My maid saga continues.


Now she said she called back and her sister said she would look after the kids but now my maid wants a transfer which was what I thought she wanted all along.

Also found out her bio-data was not true as she confessed she has transferred once before, meaning I’m her third employer and not her second. After her first stint, she was the one who asked for transfer. After working for second for 1 year odd, she went back for 2 months and joined me. Now after half year, she wants transfer.

I agree that MOM should limit the number of transfers for maids. So irresponsible!
