Would the GEPPERs have privilege in their DSA applications? Do they need to identify themselves in the applications nowadays? A few years ago, some schools' application forms would need the applicant to state if he/she is a GEPPER .

You still need to declare gep status in many school (include both HCI and RI) application form. However, it doesnt mean you have privilage. Based on this year dsa results, i would say it's more like u have to compete with other geppers in the same domain.
