Hi all, my son will be starting Pri 1 at NYPS next year. It’s prob a bit way off, but I need to plan our June holiday! (yup…getting priorities straight to destress after half year…heheh). Could the experienced parents tell me, for the mid-year break, does the school have any orgnised activities that the child must/should attend and if so when do they occur? eg outings, enrichment classes etc.

Thanks and hope to be an active member of this thread!!

is pulau redang a good place to bring kids? heard its a beautiful place but would it be too boring for my 2 dd? any highlights suitable for them?

Redang is indeed beautiful. Read En's post in her blog to find out more.

Whether it is a good place to bring ur kids will very much depend on the character and nature of ur children.

Your children will enjoy if they love the sun, sea and sand. A bonus if they can swim and snorkel in the open seas. Also , they should not be afraid of getting dirty (sand all over) or bitten by sand flies or mosquitoes.

The reward will be a beautiful tan and an appreciation for nature and beauty of the earth!

bitten by sandflies??? which beach? want to take kids but we all suffer v badly from sand fly bites.
