fcmaid:piyobaby:We are trying to get her to rectify the sloppy chores as much as we can though it can be quite impossible to check on her duties all the time. It's really now or never, so I rather put up with her expected black face but still get her to do it properly. I even demonstrated myself fo show her how to do it. I can't imagine closing one eye now, by 6mths later, it will be horrible.Just need to spot check, do not need to keep all your attention to her. Normally, the maid will know how to do. Demonstration is just making it easier for her to manipulate you. Even if you do demonstration it should be a small part or area. As much as possible just give verbal instructions.Certain things can be tricky to spot check e.g changing and washing of water pitcher for the kids, daily cleaning of couch etc since these are performed in the morning when everyone is still in bed. But definitely randomly check had to be done. The next is to get IP camera installed so we can checked back on wat she does in the morning and occasions when she is left alone with the baby. I demonstrate with verbal instruction so that she have no excuse that she do not understand my instruction and no I don't perform the whole chore but show her wat is to be done. Verbal instructions can be tough to verify if she does get the right picture since her communication skills are less than basic.
