Seem that PCF is super popular. All the PCFs around my blk are on long waiting list! 😢

Got wait list? For the one DS is studying at, the queue starts at 5.30am on the day of registration. :!:

Got!!! I'm staying in Bedok. Where is your DS PCF? Is it kindergarten or CCC?

My q no for the one just beside my blk is 20++, then the one within 15 mins walk is 10++. There is one at CC and they are not going to open class for pre-nursery for year 2009 kids. Becos their class for year 2008 is too big until no more space for year 2009. :!:

    • RE: Beef Noodle

      Yerdua:
There's one shop along Purvis street that sell beef noodles.

I feel that the beef noodles sauce is very good, beef are cooked just to till tender and the soup is flavourful, i always ask for refills.
I like the grinded peanut sprinked on the noodles too, bring out the flavour of the whole dish.
Not forgetting the chilli and the 'grey paste', they taste just right!
I patronize them at least once a week when i'm pregnant with my two kids!

      The minus pts:
1.The serving is small. I have to order the large portion to be satisfied...
      2. Parking is difficult especially during lunch or dinners hours.
Is this the store near to the Thai restaurant? I also love the beef noodles there. But it has shifted when I went there end of last month. Don't know where it shifted to now 😢

      schellen:
i can't rem where i saw this thing - a teat hole puncher - but i think it was probably tom & stef or giant. i can't even rem the brand, sorry. but i was curious as to why there was this puncher thingy among the baby products on display so i took a closer look. the words on the packaging states that it is to make the teat hole bigger.

I just got the teat hole pin enlarger thingy from my monster mil. It is not a puncher...there are 3 different pin sizes and you need to poke thru the original hole. I will try and hope it works.

Hi hold a needle using a pair of pilers or tongs over the stove or fire.

Then poke the hot needle through the hole area. This is a sterilised way to enlarge the hole. Old grandma's tips šŸ˜„
      First time heard this

My DS is using the large hole ones. Hehe.

I used a scissor to cut the hole bigger when once I bought a smaller hole, but need to be careful. U need to cut at the outside & the inside.
      Hopes this help.
:? Dunno u understand or not.
My husband used a knife to cut the hole bigger and the success rate is 50-50. I must said it needs a lot of skill and we have thrown away a few teats. Are you using large hole ones for milk feeding?

tankee - It is only formula milk.

    • Need help on NUK Teats

Hi, my girl is using NUK teats and bottle. I am using medium hole for milk feed according to instruction. However she get frustrated on the slow milk flow and doesn't want to continue sucking. Anyone knows how to make the hole bigger as it is at the side. Thanks. :?:
