So far, no tell-tale sign that my girls are in BGR (yet).

I guess the scariest thing could happen is a break-up during exam period and the emotional pain could cause a student to fail exam / repeat a year?

As for hanky panky behind parents’ back, think girls are at a more disadvantaged position.
When appropriate, I will keep repeating the dos and don’ts even if they don’t like to listen.

      Many years ago,

a friend of mine, in her final year university level, broke up with her boyfriend a few months before the final year exam. The break up emotionally affected her badly, they had dispute often over relationship problems and she went through a traumatic time. The breaking up emotion caused her great distractions, and she could not focus in her studies properly in her final year, ended up badly.

If not for this break up that shook her up badly, she could have gotten an \"Honors\" degree, in her final year university level, as she was doing well in the initial years. But because of what happened, she could not. Ended up badly, in the end.

That is sad! Just hope that she is good now.

To clear the metallic taste on your tongue is either to suck minty sweet, stay hydrated or drink soups such as broth-based. It helps.

After your giddy spell is over, pls pls go for a brisk walk to make sure your colon is healthy.
Thanks so much for the information.

Do you have any suggestion what are the better quality brand of salt?

lee_yl, hope you are fine now. Was shocked to hear your ordeal. I happened to be in such about 5 years ago. Still doing scope every 2 years as instructed.

Try to adopt cleansing colon regime on a regular basis by adopting high fibre diet, drinks loads of water or once in a week do a salt water flush especially those who constipated alot. Eat less fatty food. But before doing all these, I suggest you talk to a professional dietician who is aware of your medical condition. As doing these regime may have side effects like nausea, vomiting, cramping lah....etc. The dietician will better advice you on these.

Stay cool. Don't think too much. Stress can also be a factor.

LC, is it a must to do a scope every 2 years because one has colon inflammation before? Earlier, I thought of doing it only after I hit 50yo.

I was prescribed Lacto GG, a kind of probiotics. This is good, now I feel better in my guts, poo daily.

Laughingcat, can I know what is salt water flush? thanks.
      \"lee_yl\" Take care!
