We also did not receive any email notification. I called RGS this morning and the admin asked me to email Mr Chua who is the person in charge to check. Till now, I havnt receive any email from him.
Same here, waiting and nothing so far.
I am thinking of worse case scenario, should be a rejection.
Later I am going to buy a gift for my girl. She asked me to give her a present if she got rejected, then she will not feel that disappointed.
She did well for her prelim, hopefully she can do well for her PSLE and get into her dream school.
Congrats all who got the CO and WL so far! -

Thanks for correcting me. I think I confused with the message my friend told me that she do not have that letter mentioning the 6 school choices after her child accepted the CO. But just like what you mentioned everyone will still receive S1 option form, just that you will not be able to see the section for 6 school choices if you accepted CO/WL converted to CO.
I also believe the part in bold/underline is correct. The S1 Option Form should have a section for DSA Outcome, although not sure if this is only for CO and WL (converted or not).
I think if WL is converted (or CO), one will still get the S1 Option Form, as you may need to select which course (depending on the school) and/or elect to take Third Lang (if desired). But you won't be able to exercise the section for six school choices.
Hope your kid is doing well and that the magic ticket via Visual Art will arrive soon :xedfingers:
I guess the form will only print relevant information that the kids eligible for, similar to the 3rd lang where some kids will not see that section while some kids see only cat 1 and 2 options but not cat 3.
Thanks, we are still nervously waiting for that magic ticket. I told my girl, when time is right, God will make it happen. So meanwhile, study hard for prelim and psle.

Actually if the WL did not convert to CO in the end. The S1 posting form will indicated the unsuccessful of DSA result. And, if the WL converted to CO, you won't even have the chance to see the S1 option form.
Not that I heard of. The student will receive PSLE results and take part in the Secondary 1 posting process just like those students who did not participate in DSA.
All the best.
My friend's kid got rejected by first choice, but offered WL for 2nd choice during DSA. Somehow his PSLE came out excellent and he got into his first choice school via s1 posting and felt lucky that the WL did not convert to CO. As you need to submit the WL before the PSLE result is out and if it converted into CO then u need to honor it. -

So sorry, I dint know some pure express schools do have combined science class for students weaker in science. As my friend's pure express school do not have combined science subject - CCHM.
I don’t think that is the case. Pure express schools can, and do, have combined science classes. While they may have more pure science classes, it doesn’t mean they will have no combined science classes. Ultimately, if the student’s science subjects are weak, they will be assigned combined science in an express-only school as well.
Just try to bring up a situation as one of my friend's kid who faced the problem of having to work extra hard and yet worried about not getting into pure triple science class(only 1) in his school and the rest of classes mostly with combined science. His school has express, NA and NT classes).
While another friend's kid who is in CCHM can guarantee pure science subjects in upper sec. Both kids enter the school with same t-scores. Both of them do not know about these will happen when they chose secondary schools via S1 posting. And now 1 kid is more chill while another 1 need to go more tuitions to buckle up the result to get into that only 1 pure triple science class.
My intention is just to bring up this situation so the parents can take into consideration too before deciding school. I hope no one will be like my friend who told me that she regret knowing this information too late. -
RE: DSA 2022
I think there is a situation to consider when come to pure express school and school with mixture of students of express, NA and NT.
For current pure express school, the students will only have pure science subjects for sec 3 subjects combination, and they dun have to worry about their sec 2 result when choosing subject combination.
However, for non pure express school, they can’t have all students having pure science subjects as they have combined science classes too. And let say only 1 pure science class is open to cater 30 students. But 40 students want to apply for it, and the leftover 10 is not enough to open 1 extra class. Then, who is going to get in? By sec 2 result right? Assuming same situation for new system of every subjects has G1, G2, G3 classes right?
So in this case, as a parent, I will prefer my child choose NCHS than CCHY, so she has less to worry in sec 2. -

Impressive!!!
Hi Fattymum,
My DD attended leadership interview at SCGS 2 weeks. If I am not wrong, there were few sessions / days of leadership interview.
DD is s head prefect and got edusave scholarship, echa and eagles at P5 but her grades is AL7.
DD had to let go her position as CCA leader ( she is in the same cca since P1 ) to give others a fair opportunity.
Her school cca starts at P3. But she was handpicked by teachers to join the cca at mid p1.
She is a medallist in 2 sports at NSG this year, she won art competitions ( interschool & national level ), speech award, piano grade 8 and ballet g5 ( not competitive )
She is in British scout since 5 years old ( 7 years experience ) and she organised many community initiatives.
I believe your DD will shine at whichever school she goes. God Bless -

1 hour pencil sketching tasks with some objects on the table, while another 1 hour is creative task using the objects in the task 1 to create a dreamscape.
In between tasks, the teacher will call the girls 1 by 1 to another room interview by 3 teachers.

2. What she wanna be in future.
3. Prefect duty.
She chatted with another girl after the selection test and the girl mentioned their ques r different, except for the first 1.
Hope it helps.
