hi, my daughter this year p6, she is studying at a neigbhor school. she is ranking about 7~8 of all p6 (about 240 pupils) in the school. she would like to go girls school.want to DSA for NYGH,not too sure can get? if get, is it very tough for her? could any body suggest 2 schools for DSA? many thanks!

Hi, my friend is very troubled and panicky as she wanted to dsa to rgs and nygh by general, she had a cert distinction for IvP and also some certificate for chinese storytelling competition. According to her, she went to fill up the rgs online application form and found tat there is no DSA GENERAL. I heard from some other kiasuparents ppl and they said that we can considerate to choose under the science domain but she got 66.5 for science. Which is obviously not really good. And rest of her subj is like 78, 82, 85. No A* :(. We went to nygh open hse and they told us tt she stand quite a high chance becuz she s a prefect in sch and has lots of certs like tat. But she seemed more interested in RGS... any advice on which domain shud she opt under or as long as she performs well for the GAT, she stands a high chance? Pls give some comments....

THX EVERYONE for your encouragement! I am always very worried of my studies... Since p4, my studies has been improving rapidly but since p5, i realised my result have been dropping from 90+ to 70+. and now p6 sa1 i realised i did quite well and my tchr encouraged me to give it a shot because even if i am not shortlisted for the first round when they get my results, i can take the GAT (general ability test) and she also said that i stand some chances because i have several certificates of distinction like IvP or storytelling competition. But since mayb i do not stand high chance, i think i should just focus on PSLE. THX SO MUCH EVERYONE

Hi all, imma p6 student and im considering to dsa academics… I did badly (76-86) for sa2 p5 and ca1 p6 but did quite well in sa1 p6 (all 90plus and 1full mark), do i have a high chance?

Hi once agn, am i ‘eligible’ to dsa academics if i didnt done so well in p5sa2, p6ca1 but did extremely well in p6 sa1?
