I will be hazarding a guess that the senior you mentioned either has no idea what stress is at all or has a very low stress threshold. I consider myself to have an extremely high stress threshold because I recall playing a LOT the day before my PSLE. Most of my Year 5 friends can cope pretty well with their work, as I have said. Perhaps your friend is in the minority of the cohort?

May I know what is your definition for \"coping well\"? From what i know, in my friend's definitions it means \"completing all your work and pass your tests BUT SLEEP AT 2-3 am everyday, waking up at 5-7am\" which from what i heard applies to most people in the year 5 cohort, and I suspect that all the workload have a LOT more stress than your PSLE, especially with the Olympiads and research projects some of them are having. For high achievers, there are not even weekends for them from what i observed, which is what happens in other top schools in Singapore. May i know if those friends of yours are the minority of the cohort?
