I used to be over weight and had tried various slimming methods from Slimming centres, Cambridge diet, TCm etc.


I am glad I found my shortcut today to good health and is maintaining it through correct diet and exercise after losing 8kg on program and 4kg post program. It had also solved my 7 yrs of sensitive nose since I took up the program and health is never better.

yeah… This is so exciting. Hope the construction will be completed soon so that the back gate can be used to access the school
