    • RE: What is the Best 3-in-1 Kopi available?

Has anyone tried \"mccafe\"? It's a local brand that is doing very well in tea-drinking Russia.

I'm not a fan of instant coffee though.

    • RE: Coffee or Kopi.. ..Where do you get your cuppa?

      I’m a coffee freak myself.

It’s true, standards vary across outlets. What I find is that the bigger outlets tend to be more consistent. Better too if you know the baristas. Variation among local coffee outlets are just as wide. But I am willing to take the risk because the "cost of error" is low. A cup of local coffee costs just a quarter of an expresso drink.

If you are looking for places to try, I’d suggest Haggen-daz at velocity for their Illy coffee, Coffeebean at Plaza by the Park, Yakun at united square, Food for thought near waterloo street; there is also a coffee stall in cambridge food centre that makes an excellent cuppa.

      Hope this helps.

    • RE: Q&A - PSLE Math

Hi everyone, I am having trouble solving my daughter’s P6 math questions and need help from all you experts. Here r the questions:

      1) how many odd numbers are there in this sequence : 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, …, 1000.

      2) tanks E and F contain different volume of oil. Some oil from E was poured into F and the volume of oil in F was doubled. Then some oil from F was poured into E and the volume of oil in tank E was doubled. Both tanks now contain 19 litres of oil. What was the volume of oil in tanks E and F at first?

      Thanks in advance!
