anyone do laser or subcission treatment for the chicken pox scars left? any doctor or procedure recommendation and how is the result? is it possible to smooth up the skin back to before?

Anyone ever been to the OrthoSports or Singapore Sports Medicine Centre in Novena? The OrthoSports one i think it’s owned by Mount Elizabeth. I have minor injury on my shoulder and knee which still exist after months. not sure about the cause but i think it’s due to my gym activity and my lifestyle makes it worse.


Would this Sports specialty medical centres would be better for muscle or neural injuries even ones not related with sports outside other unspecialized hospitals?

i’m also not sure whether to see an orthopaedic or neurologist.
