Me too. My application was last year July. Almost 1 year of waiting. We almost gave up hope and consider 2C.

not sure what it means though - is it to have a talk to all who submitted for PV and tell them their potential committment needed (aka haven't been selected as a volunteer) or what... :?

Me too on Tue at 2.15pm. (same?). I think since it's a briefing, we are already confirmed as a PV. Come to think of it, I thought for Chongfu, the minimum is 2 years of PV in order to qualify for the Letter?

I have a pair of twin (Born in July 2005) as well. Within 2km of Endeavour and will most likely be enrolling them to this school.

I asked over at the Pei Hwa thread as well. To register for 2B, need to get recommendation from Pastor and to get that, you have to be a active member in the church.


In this sense, SNG registration is more lax as the only requirement is a baptism cert.

2C is a hit or miss for me. If I moved within 1km of the school and still cannot win a ballot, what happened?

I heard from my chuch member that my kids whom are baptized in the Presbyterian church can apply for 2B in Pei Hwa.


Just curious, on the 2B registration day, do I just pass their baptism cert or do i need some sort of document from the pastor for the enrollment?

Just curious. My girls are baptized in a Presbyterian church. Does SNG accept them?

I have 2 girls (twins born in 2005). Currently, we are evaulating our options for Primary school.


We have already confirmed the distance from SLA website.
Chongfu - 1~2km
Northland - 1~2km (from my parent’s place)

I’m actually very keen in CF as I feel that the chinese tradition is important. But Northland is also not bad as well.

2 things I’m concerned about:
1) Can i apply PV for the 2 schools?
1) When should I join PV?
2) Does my twins actually stand a better chance when it comes to ballot?
