Besides, the two years duration is from Sep-2015 ~ Sep-2017. Right?

1. If I were to be the grassroot \"Member\" - NOT an executive member. Would I be eligible to get the Endorsement letter for Phase 2B?
2. Based on the new rule, does the 2-years duration refer to total duration ( Observer + Member) or the duration of RC member?
