The correct ans is (4) why is it not (2) ?

How do we answer a question like "How did repeating the experiment make the results more accurate?"

This question comes from PSLE booklet (Year 2007-2011) pg 122 Q24.b

Other than using a cloth to wipe the plates, suggest one way to make the plates dry even faster.
