i order a goods 4 months ago and the company said the goods will arrive after 4 months ( which is now ) but the company has changed the goods to another brands .They only allow us to refund 50 %!! Do customers have the right to get full refund if the goods to be recieved is not compatible with what they ordered?Please help me to clarify !!:)
