i order a goods 4 months ago and the company said the goods will arrive after 4 months ( which is now ) but the company has changed the goods to another brands .


They only allow us to refund 50 %!! Do customers have the right to get full refund if the goods to be recieved is not compatible with what they ordered?

Hmm, i didn't use the moisturizer with SPF. To me, i got a sunblock in the skincare set and i just use it.hehe

I used to be a guy who used cheap skincare product which less than $10 until my pimples accident happen! I tried Neutrogena , Garnier, Himalaya, Watson acne cream, and prescription from doctor but non of them is effective. My condition get worse.
